Add Customized Calculation to Subtotal in Pivot (Excel 2010)

I have created a pivot table in the file attached (see link below):

From row 1 to row 12 in the workbook is the pivot table.
From row 17 to row 29 is the mock-up shows what I wanted to do. I want to calculate the numbers = July (col D) / Project_Alloc (col C), Aug/Projext_Alloc, Sep/Project_Alloc and so on.
Is there a way to add that row into the pivot table as a customized calculation?
I looked into 'calculated field' but that only adds to the column not the row.
