I have a sheet with dates in some random cells in column C, and text in the other cells in this column. The cell to the left of a cell with a date is always empty. I'm trying to do two things.
First: search through the range and insert "Program" in the cell to the left of any cell with a date (column B).
Second: insert an empty row below any cell with a date (or with "Program", and add text to the new row (Time, Description, Venue, Manager), starting from column B.
