Add Email Link into cell content

I have a cell which is merged and wrapped within the cell I have an email address and would like to be able to click the email address and send an email to the person listed. When I edit the cell which has some other text I cannot seem to set a hyperlink is there a method to do this?

Sample would be

Within each sheet you will find a list of the functions and functionality. There will be sample data and comments in cells.
You can find that most comments are being displayed on the worksheets.

Sorry, no. A cell can contain a hyperlink or text but not a combination.

Thanks Adrew I am sure I can alter this to use a single cell for the email address.
