hi

I want to add the text in cell B28 in the left footer of my current worksheet (called ''Report''). I thought this code would work, but it doesn't... any mistake here? Or code that does work?

Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
.LeftFooter = Range("B28").Value
End With
End Sub

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Have you placed the macro in vba module "ThisWorkbook" ?

Event 'Workbook_BeforePrint' is to be used in module 'ThisWorkbook' but nothing prevents you from using footer code in a macro in a standard module.
I'm glad if I've been of some help :cool:.
