I happened to delete the 'View' and 'Insert' categories off my file menu bar. Any way to add them back?

Ambidextrous Undo

Right-click anywhere in the toolbar area and select "Customize."

On the "Toolbars" tab, select "Worksheet Menu Bar", then click the "Reset" button.

Thank Kristy, I knew it was a stupidly easy fix. I was looking for 'File Menu Bar' not 'Worksheet Menu Bar' first time round and didn't find it. Now I know why.
