Hi. Not sure if i phrased my Title correctly.

I have several outlines of Columns on my sheet so that users can + (open or - (close) certain columns depending on what they want to see.

These are auto represented as buttons below the Cell Name Box.
In my case, i have buttons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7.

This gets a bit confusing for user as to what opens what.

Is it possible to add names to these buttons instead of numbers?

Thanks in advance.

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
No. You will have give guidance to your user as to which numbers to press.

THats a shame. THanks for your reply though.
Its a shame. I cant even create textboxes and place them there can i?
Or actually perhaps i can create little userforms and position them through code to allign with the boxes? Do you think this will work?

I think you might be better having meaningful buttons somewhere in your sheet, and have them apply whatever levels of display the user needs for each case.
