Add points to graph

Hi all. I have a graph. Data in column A and B (numeric) plots two overlapping lines. Simple

Now, in column C i have a 1 (mark) or 0 (ignore)

For all of those that have a 1 in column C, I would like the data point to be marked on the chart as these are points of interest (suspected erroneous)

How would one acheive this?

Column C, use =IF(B1>A1,B1+1,#N/A)

Create standard line chart, then change series 3 to Line with markers, and set line colour to No Line

Awesome! Will have lots of fun individual series type changes

Problem though...I have formula to produce a number (for plotting) or "" if it is to be ignored.

The graph plots "" as zero so I get points on the line. But if I delete the cells contents, it ignores the blank cell (no points on the line)

How can I overcome this?

Use the #n/a as the FALSE result to the IF test, and this will not be plotted, whereas ZERO/BLANK will be.

I have 2 columns of data for laboratory condition Phosphate absorbtion and I want to be able to overlay this to find specific values from a field
test.

The 2 colums below represent the Phosphate absorbtion in the lab and I have converted this into a standard Scatter graph mg/l on the x axis and absorbtion on the Y axis.

I now want to find the mg/l level for the field data by plotting the following data on to the graph so that it shows a line down to the corresponding mg/l value.

I can do this manually but I am hoping that there will be a way to automate it to provide accurate figures.
