Hi guys,

I have a question about automatically inserting of rows in a sheet. Each day I have some data measured. Each time I want the data in Excel, I need to export all the data again in a new file.
It will look like this (fictional data).

What I eventually want to have is this:

So insert of row 34-36, and a mean of row 2-33 per column. And this after each month of data.

So my question is: is it possible to have some kind of VBA-code that I can insert every time I export my data to Excel? So that I can paste the code, and it will automatically insert 3 rows after each month (of data) with a formula per column?

Hope it is clear what I mean!

Excel Facts

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
If you can post an example of file, before anything is done to it, that we can easily copy & paste to an Excel file, I think we can come up with something for you (the images you posted are "images", and therefore cannot be copied and pasted into Excel cells).

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
