Add rows dependent on value of a cell

Hi there
I have data that generates a product type and then generates the amount of dispatches of that type in a day. On another sheet i am looking to add an exact amount of rows for that date dependent on the number of dispatches.

e.g 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Dispatches 1 2 3
a 01/05/05 PROD1 PROD2 PROD3 3 5 6
b 02/05/05 PROD2 - - 5 - -
c 03/05/05 PROD1 PROD3 2 1 -

So on the sheet for prod1 i want 3 rows generated saying 01/05/05 and then on a sheet for prod2 has 5 rows for 01/05/05 etc....

Hope i explained that alright. Anyone know how to do this?
