Hi
I am working with a time series of roughly hourly data. The problem is that some of the times are logged ten minutes before the hour (hh:50) instead of on the hour (hh:00). How do I add ten minutes to only the times that are logged ten minutes before the hour. I guess i should use a if , then statement but not sure how to.

Any suggestions??
