Hi All,

I am a newbie excel user. I have a Date like 10/19/2014. Now I need to add time with it. The time is 09:00. The date format should look like this 10/19/2014 09:00. I was doing to go format cells but unable to do that. Is there any one to help me out?

I have 2051 date like this. But I need to put 09:00 after the date. The format should be date not the text filed.

Please help!!!

Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
If you want to change the values in place, put 9:00 in a spare cell, copy that cell, highlight your dates, choose paste special, choose the "Add" option from the "Operation" options, format as required.
