Add to comment, if already has value

Hi,


Im trying to work out how to do the Else section... I want to say, if comment is not blank, then put whats in the comment AND the value in Cell.offset(,-12).value

                                        Set Cmt = .Comment
                                        If Cmt Is Nothing Then
                                            .AddComment Text:=cell.Offset(, -12).Value
                                        Else
                                            Cmt.Text Text:=cell.Offset(, -12).Value

Can anyone help me with just this bit?

cmt.Text Text:=cmt.Text & cell.Offset(, -12).Value
