Add total based on time brackets

hello all,

after some help I have a report where there is a date in column I and time in column J with a total distance travelled in column N

What I need is a way to add the total distance travelled depending on the same date and inbetween specific times ie 7am to 7 pm

sorry if this is simple but my brain has gone blank

I havent no as what I want to add together is in the third column and the two criterias are in two different columns plus as I am looking at specific times between two times ie between 7am to 7 pm I didnt think this formula would work?

ahh managed to get it work via Sumifs thank you
