Add User Stamp to cell when opened with custom message

Hi there,

Still quite new to macros, but i wanted a set of cells to display a message and username from windows when opened (so it shows correctly for everyone who opens it)

I would like it to show "Welcome NAME HERE" NAME HERE is the windows Username?

The set of merged cells is C9:G9

Would this be possible? it would be the final touch on my all in one payroll tool i have created for work.
