I wanted multiple results from a worksheet named “Info.All” from the three criteria I had chosen…

After much headache I finally got the results I needed with

=IF(ROWS(Info.All!$AV$13:AV13)<=COUNTIF(Info.All!$AV$13:$AV$365,$BK$14),INDEX(Info.All!$AX$13:$AX$365,AGGREGATE(15,3,((Info.All!$AV$13:$AV$365=$BK$14)/(Info.All!$AV$13:$AV$365=$BK$14)*ROW(Info.All!$AU$13:$AU$365))-ROW(Info.All!$AU$12),ROWS(Info.All!$AV$13:AV13))),"")

Now after several weeks being satisfied with the formula, I want to add a new wrinkle…I want a wildcard or a separate field for an ALL RECORDS option that would give me all the “OPEN” records from the “member”’ chosen. This way I can get the results listed from the three criteria or all the “OPEN” records for the “member” chosen with no regard of which "t

ype" they are.

I would appreciate any suggestions or help. If you need a working sterilized file just ask..

I’ve included a screenshot for your headache….I’ve had plenty now…
