Add year - to - date filter to a report page

Hi everyone

I have a Power BI report where i have a report page with some visualisations. I want all of the visualisations to show year to date values (ytd) . I have tried to put a date variable i the filter pane and tried different things but i just cant get i right. Does any one know what to do?
