adding 0 for any single ID and 1 for any duplicate one

I have a list of 15k row, i need to add a "0" for each single ID (not duplicated) like first row, and if the ID under column "S" is duplicated to have a "0" for the first ID and increament by one for the others till the end of duplication.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
