Adding 1 to rows between tabs

I have a MAIN PAGE, with 162 rows. Each of the rows has a hyperlink in them that links to a different tab within the workbook.
My question is that I need to add 2 new columns across all the different tabs.

So I want to input numbers into
MAINPAGE I2 and J2

I want those numbers to appear in SMITH E2 and F2 respectively.

I then want MAINPAGE I3 and J3 to appear in WILSON E2 and F2 respectively.

My tabs are 100% uniform across them, so I want the info from
MAIN PAGE I# and J# to appear in the correct TAB NAME E2 and F2.

Is there anyway to do this quickly without manually going and changing the numbers on all the tabs?
