Hi, How can i add a format I use very often to my excel bar. I like to see negative numbers between brackets and in red. I usually go to the formats and choose from there.
Is there a way to have that format readily available in my favorite bar? Many thanks,J

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Thanks for the answer. It’s handy the part of alternative to the merging. I have something similar. Under the ribbon I have the format shortcut. From the format I go to customised and then to the bottom. There I can see the latest formats I have created. Is there a way to bring this specific format to the ribbon without using a macro
