I have the basic chart above that I want to have a horizontal line that shows what I expect the closure calls to be reached by each user per week etc. Can I add a horizontal line at a value that is determined by a calculation as the amount of calls closed would of course depend how many calls were taken etc. i.e. its a dynamically positioned line.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
you should be able to do a combination line/bar graph
and use a formula to add the target number for each date , based on the number of calls, so if its say 80% , then use the totla number of calls for the week * % and use that for all the dates

=SUM( Cells with the calls) * %
