I have a spreadsheet with the months Jan - Dec in cells C2:N2. In cells C22:N22 there is monthly totals of varies cells in between.

I would like to be able to specify a month in cell A1, in which a total of the months from Jan - (month specified in A1) is displayed in cell A3.

By this I would like a statement where I can have SUM(C22:???), where ??? is C22 + month of A1.

Eg, if I put the month 9 in cell A1, I'd like to have SUM(C22:C31) displayed in A3.

Please help.

Hi Hawk21:

Welcome to the Board!

If I have understood you correctly, you are looking for

=SUM(OFFSET(C22,0,0,A1+1,1))

Regards!
