Adding a whole number to time

How can i add a number to time? say i have cell u12 with a number of 23 and i want to add this 23 to a time value of 7:00 a.m. I need cell v12 to show 7:23

Use the formula Time(0,u12,0) to add the contents of u12 in minutes. The first 0 means no hours and the second 0 means no seconds. Whatever you put in u12 will no be added as minutes in your addition formula.
