Is there a way to add an image to a record in Access 2007. I would like to add an image of the physical signed form to each record and access it through the database.

I run a supply database where an form must be signed for the item to be picked up. I list the name of the person who picked it up in the database, but having a picture attached to the record would cut out a lot of steps and storage.

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Create a field in your table using the Attachment data type.
Check the online help for how to use it, but it's pretty straightforward. In theory you can have multiple attachments for a single record but don't get carried away; although this new data type is less prone to bloating your database than the OLE fields in earlier versions, you will still end up with a large database size.
