Adding appointments onto a Calendar

Team,

Im trying to create a Calendar for my Section's staff in a way that I can type in the information in cells E2 through H2and it will populate in the calendar below. Please find the a screen shot below for reference.
Thanks for your help in advance. Im decent with formulas but new to macros and do not know how to "speak" macros yet. I know the calendar format is a little irregular but it is what I need to have.

Thats great, Thank you. Thats a different format that I would have dont it, but its perfect. I definatley get stuck in tunnel vision.

Hey, So I had to play just a little to make the format fit my proper sheet as opposed to just this sample. Its works beautifully!!! If I ever find you, Im buying you the BIGGEST beer! This is brilliant.
