I want to add a bar graph to my workbook. I have never done a graph before. I have googled and it looks easy to add a basic graph. However this is a bit more complex. I have a new sheet that i want the graph on and have it pull data from another sheets cells. This is to track total payments.

Here is the sheet i need to pull data from. You will notice the player name is C2, J2, Q2, X2, ect. I want the first part of the bar to show the total paid per player. Then the second bar of the bar to be the total amount. This way it shows how much is paid towards the total amount due.

Here is got it to work for one player but cant figure out how to add the rest of the players and have multiple bars in this graph.

I hope this makes sense and someone can point me in the right direction.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
The easiest way I can think of is to pull all the data you want displayed on to another sheet.
i.e. in Column A Player names, Column B Amount Paid, Column C Total Amount
create a table with that data which to summarize as a chart
