I'm trying to add bonuses based on timed events or window frames that occur within certain stages (either months, quarters, or weeks) of the year. Is there a formula that can allocate percentage bonuses based within certain time frames of the year, while nullifying the period(s) with no bonus rewards.
An example would be:

No bonus for period 1 (January 1st - March 31st)(inclusive)
5% bonus for period 2 (April 1st - April 30th)(inclusive)
10%-30% bonus for period 3 (May 1st through June 1st)(inclusive) separating the differing percentage bonuses thought the weeks equally. While eliminating the other dates of the year from bonuses.

What are the rules and conditions for creating such a bonus calender formula? Again, Thanks in advance for the help.
