Adding data in listbox with a condition Help me please it won't take much time thanks

In first image there is data in A 39 there is date and in B 39 there is customer name and you can see in A 40 there is addition of both A 39 and B 39 so in userform in image 2 i search data with two textboxes with date and customer name and results shows in other text boxes but as you can see in image 3 there is a condition if sheet6.cells(y.1).offset(1,0).value = w (the w is addition of two search textboxes )
Then listbox1.additem sheet6.cells(y,3).offset(1,0).value the data added in listbox in image 4 but it only add the one row of column 3 which A has the addition of two textboxes but i want all the data which has the addition of two textboxes which is w or date + customername and also want to add many columns hope u understand and if not please ask anything it really important please help me
