adding data to paste link in a cell

Hi,

I have some data in a cell and want to add a paste link to the same cell, the following formula works, it brings the data (items) at the end of pasted data but I want first cell data (items) and second the paste link data<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" /><o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
=<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on">PO</st1:place>!$A$14&+" items"<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
