adding data to paste link in a cell

Hi,

I have some data in a cell and want to add a paste link to the same cell, the following formula works, it brings the data (items) at the end of pasted data but I want first cell data (items) and second the paste link data<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

=<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1lace w:st="on">PO</st1lace>!$A$14&+" items"<o></o>
