Adding dates, skipping exceptions - Withou VBA

I have in a table a list of courses. And its beggining date and duration. For example:
Guitar Class - Beggining date - 2011/08/29 - Duration: 40h
I have this class, every monday and friday.
First:
I would like to calculate the ending date based in duration and the number of days per week that I have class.

Second:
I have a list of date exceptions that my teacher cannot give me class, and I would like to generate a schedule based in my criteria.
