I have a master list and I would like when I am entering a new row on my master sheet the same to happen on other "connected sheets" with the master list.

I am using the formula below:
=IF(OFFSET(MPL!$B$4,ROW(B8)-1,COLUMN(B8)-1)=0,"",OFFSET(MPL!$B$4,ROW(B8)-1,COLUMN(B8)-1))

but is not adding entire row.

Thank you in advance!!

Not sure I understood your problem. It is not possible to insert new rows using a formula.

If you want to add a row on many sheets, it is perfectly possible to first select all required sheets and only then insert the rows. This way they will be inserted on all selected sheets.

If this is not possible there is any way of dynamic populate tables from a master sheet and any changes in master sheet will be replicated on the other sheets?
