I have a spread sheet that contains 10,000 rows and 26 columns of data.

Column A is a Part Number and the following columns are variuos bits of data associated with that part number only.

I now have a seperate spread sheet that contains extra information about some of the Parts (approx 550 of them) which I need to insert into the original spread sheet.

Spread sheet 1 has 10,000 parts
Spread sheet 2 has 550 parts

Question is how do I insert an extra column of data for the 550 parts into the original spread sheet associated against those parts only and not the other 9,450.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

can you just do a vlookup on the new data?

IE

put and IF in to make it "" or 0 where the part isnt found and just vlookup against the rest.
