Hi There

How do I get Access to return a value of 0 in a sum expression when there are no vaules.

Or alternativly how do I get it to add feilds where one feild might have no values.

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
If you are adding up records in the Amount field, something like this:

=SUM(NZ([Amount],0))

To add Amount and Freight,

=NZ([Amount],0) + NZ([Freight],0)
