Hi,

Is there an easy formula or similar which can be used in an Excel footer in order to show the file directory & filename details?

Thanks

Jon

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Hi,

Put this event in the 'ThisWorkBook' module:

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Dim S As Worksheet
For Each S In ThisWorkbook.Sheets
    S.PageSetup.LeftFooter = "&8" & ThisWorkbook.FullName
Next S
End Sub

The '&8" sets the font size to 8.
