I have a spreadsheet that has many numbers and then totals. The spreadsheet consists of 1600 rows (not all totals!)

I tried =sum( then all the cells that had totals) but it says arguement it too large.

Is there a way to just add up the totals cells and not all the numbers that consisted it?

ex: 25.00
25.00
50.00

25.00
25.00
25.00
75.00

and so on.

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
What is the difference that triggers a Total. Change in some ID#, Date, something else?
