Adding new records through a userform - Specifically Date

I have a userform that is set up to work as a front end for collecting daily information. It can add records, view previous next etc...

One of the text boxes is for the date.

I would like to have the date automatically added when I click on the new button.

The new date would have to be added to the previous one in my records located in cell a5 on the Daily Information sheet.

Any guidance would really be appreciated. :rolleyes:
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
