Morning/Afternoon/Evening,

I wish to add 2 rows underneath every row from 2 to 929. Any ideas how I can do this?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
This code will do that for you

Sub InsertLines()
Dim i As Long
Dim c As Long

i = 2

For c = 2 To 929
Rows(i + 1 & ":" & i + 1).Select
Selection.insert shift:=xlDown
Selection.insert shift:=xlDown
i = i + 3
Next

End Sub
