I have the data in the following format:-

Row 1 High Class Lab
Row 2 Glasgow
.
.
.
Row 1040 KSB Pumps

Now i want to add two (2) rows automatically after every 2nd row, e.g. after second row two empty rows should add and so on without disturbing the existing data rows.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Try

Code:
Sub InsRows()
Dim LR As Long, i As Long
LR = Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
For i = LR - 1 To 3 Step -2
    Rows(i).Resize(2).Insert
Next i
End Sub
