Adding Rows

I have a spreadsheet that has over 800 rows... I just found out that between every row should be a blank row. If I do this manually, it will take me FOREVER to insert additional rows. Is there another way?!?

This macro should do that:

Sub InsertBlankRows()
 
    Dim myLastRow As Integer
    Dim i As Long
    
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
 
'   Find last cell with data in column A
    myLastRow = Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
    
'   Insert a blank row between every row in column A
    For i = myLastRow To 2 Step -1
        Rows(i).EntireRow.Insert
    Next i
    
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
