Adding spaces to a text string?

I have many rows of data over 2 columns (A & B), which I need to format in column 3 (C) i.e. add 6 characters, space then 7 characters</SPAN>

Some of the data in the columns may only be 2 characters long so I need to pad it out to 6 with 4 spaces, is there are formula which exists that can check the length and add spaces to the end of the text string to hit the max length required?

Example

A</SPAN>
B</SPAN>
C</SPAN>
LEN = 6</SPAN>
LEN = 7</SPAN>
LEN = 6 + SPACE + 7</SPAN>
123456</SPAN>
1234567</SPAN>
123456 1234567 (LEN = 14)</SPAN>
22</SPAN>
12345</SPAN>
22 12345 (LEN = 14)</SPAN>

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
sorry not getting what actually you need

can you post some more data with desired result ?
