Adding text strings after last populated row of a worksheet

I have 3 statements (text strings) to add at the end of the last row of data in column A on my spreadsheet. How can I automatically add the following:

"statement 1" - 3 rows below last populated row on worksheet (format - calibri, font size 13)
"statement 2" - 5 rows below last populated row on worksheet (format - calibri, font size 13)
"statement 3" - 7 rows below last populated row on worksheet (format - calibri, font size 14)
