i have a worksheet with agents duration of calls that is recorded daily over the month. i am looking to add the total duration for the month. I have simply used the sum total option for each day and the format in hh:mm:ss but i am just getting a value error. i think the issue lies within the generated report in that the if the duration is less than an hour it formats it like :47:49 (dropping off the two hr 00 at the start). is there a way around this? macro to convert it all into seconds then convert it back to hh:mm;ss for the month

any help appreciated tia
