Adding weekdays only

Can you help me with a simple problem I am sure I am trying to obtain a second date from a first date

i.e start dte plus 10 dayes equals Date? but I only want to add weekdays to the start date

Something like this should work. It doesn't exclude holidays, only weekends.

I'm not sure if there is an add-in you would need for that formula to work. Let us know what happens and if you need one we'll tell you which one.
