I have a row set up with monthly totals for the year that feed into a graph. I have inserted a formula in Oct. thru Dec. that will give the error message #n/a when the cell is blank.

My total (sum) for the year cell is now also giving me the #n/a error message. How do I correct this.

(sorry about posting this improperly the first time!)

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You can use the ISNA function to capture the ISNA error (and set it equal to 0, or some other value needed for your calculation), i.e.

=IF(ISNA(formula),0,formula)

Check out Excel's help on ISNA for more details.

=SUM(SUMIF(Range,{"<0",">0"}))
