AddRange Code?

Is there something similar to the additem code, where you can actually add a range from the spreadsheet, rather than a single item, to avoid writing out long lists?

You can use the Liat property like this:

ComboBox1.List = Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:A5").Value

UserForm1.ListBox1.RowSource = Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A1:A10").Address(external:=True)

I have used the following IF statement, however it is not working. Is there a way i can rearrange it to make it work?
If Cbo_FoodGroup = "carb_products" Then Cbo_FoodItem.List = Worksheets("foodtable").Range("B2:B215").Value End If

It's just gone red, and come up with syntax error when i have tried to run the form.

I have used that code, however the food item combo box is still not showing anything when i choose carb_products in the food group combo box.
