I have a data file in which address is given and everyday I have to sort this data as per below:

Flat/Premise No, Building No, Building Name, Street Name, District Town, County, Country, Postcode like this.

I have to sort every day thousands of data, so is it possible to use any Shortcut/ Formula or Macro and sort all address as per above mentioned?

The attachment is given in below link

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
not clear what you want - if original data is as above, how do you want to sort it

you can sort by eg postcode then county then town

as some addresses will have building number, and some building name, and some neither of these, and some both of these, and "streets" can also be called road, lane, close, avenue, etc, you cannot do this. Only your brain can do this degree of sorting. Text can be broken up by detecting words, spaces, commas etc but if one address is 4 ABC Road, another is ABC Road, another is Appartment 2, 4 ABC Road, excel cannot be used.
