Good day, I would like to multiply a cell's value based on a price range. For instance:

Prices from $0 - $49 the multiplier should be x1
Prices from $50 - $99 the multiplier should be x1.125
Prices from $100 - $199 the multiplier should be x1.2
Prices from $200 - $1999 the multiplier should be x1.5
Prices from $2000 and above, the multiplier should be x1.25

Any ideas on which formulas should I use? Thanks!

Excel Facts

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
You could use a lookup table like
+Fluff 1.xlsm
ABCDE
1
211013201
3501.125
41001.2
52001.5
620001.25
Master
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
B2B2=A2*VLOOKUP(A2,D2:E7,2,1)

Although your final multiplier looks wrong
