Hi, I wonder if you can help me with a problem that I can't get my head around!

I need to change the colour of a font in a cell based on an exact phrase in another cell.

Example:

Cell A1 contains a date.
Cell B1 contains text
If cell B1 contains the text PRE, then the text in cell A1 goes white (or, invisible, for all intents and purposes!)

The contents of cell A1, although a date, is actually a formula.

I feel like this should be done very easily through Conditional Formatting - Manage Rules - "Use a formula to determine which cells to format", but I just can't work out the formula!

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
You can do that using this formula
Excel Formula:
=ISNUMBER(FIND("PRE",B1))

So is it possible to modify this or another to fit the request below? Column A is a name, I want to create a formula that looks in column M for "n". E.G. If M3 =n, then conditional format A3, then m4 to a4, m5 to a5 etc etc.
I tried the formula above but that didn't work for this issue.

I currently have this, but I can not get it to match the Mcell to the same row and cell in ColumnA....

Just remove the word And & the brackets, as well as changing M3 to M1
