Advanced Filter Criteria ?ion

Hi All,

I am working with Excel 2013 & I want to 'Advance Filter' with more than one Criteria in a Cell w/o 'Advanced Filtering' for a 2nd time based on another criteria in further reducing the produced list.

ie.

Criteria:

Name	Number
<>Charles

<tbody>
</tbody>

Now, if I want to also omit another name w/o Advance Filtering for a 2nd time, for example, to further omit <>Michael; How can I do this in its original cell?


Is there a way to join in that original criteria cell, <>Charles & <> Michael?

I didn't realize you could duplicate headers and omit others in producing a result.

I'll have to try it out.

Would this method work for a 3rd for example?

Wow Momentman! Thank you. Theoretically, then you can have numerous title heading duplicates for your criteria in producing your desired output and you do not have to represent all of the column headings as part of the criteria.
