Advanced Filter not producing the desired result

Hello,

I am using Advanced Filter to filter a list. See the screenshot enclosed.

The correct filter result here would be the yellow cells (rows 6 to 10).

However, the filter result only shows rows 7 to 10.

Any idea what I am doing wrong here ? The cells in column A are formatted as 'text'.

It is working for me. Criteria range should be $H$1:$I$3

I'll use this as an interim solution.

Meanwhile it remains unclear to me why the >= doesn't work in the criteria range.
