Hi Guys,

I have a sheet on information, and would like to do an advanced filter using a date range.

The problem is I don't know what criteria I should use.

The sheet is called 'data' and column A is the date column with 'Date' as the header.

The 'from' date is on a sheet called 'menu' and is cell b4, and the 'to' date is in the same sheet and is cell b5.

I would use an autofilter, but this report will be used on a few different machines, and past experience has shown the macro for the filter doesn't always work on all machines.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks,

Mark

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
